Charles Edwards
Founder/Principal
Charles is the principal and founder of Kaymito Consulting Services. He is a 1997 graduate of the University of the District of Columbia (BS - Civil Engineering). He joined Department of Energy and Environment in 1999 as an Environmental Engineer where he served over 20 years in the Watershed Protection Division as a plan reviewer.
With his years of service in the Watershed Protection Division, working with architects, engineers, developers, and homeowners, he had acquired substantial first-hand knowledge and experience of the impact of storm water runoff in District of Columbia. During his last ten years with the District, he have been fortunate to work closely with the DC Water and Sewer Authority, DC Department of Transportation and all units of the Technical Review Branch of the DC Department of Building. As a result of interaction with these agencies, he had acquired substantial knowledge of both local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
